Simply Care

“Simply Care” is our entry level service with no commitment to sign up to a fixed period of support. Simply Care just guarantees that our engineers will respond to a call when you have a problem and visit your site swiftly when required. For some businesses a core reactive solution is all that’s wanted. Tech OP will not include advanced proactive monitoring of your systems as standard, but we can take a few of the best features from our proactive services, like the 24/7 service desk, support number and ticket management and server monitoring and provide them to you without a time based contract or other tie-ins.

As an option, we can still offer proactive monitoring and alerting, managed antivirus or web filtering for a simple, low per device fee, with only a 30 day minimum term. What’s more, we will still provide a full software and hardware asset register for free as long as you are signed up to the service.
